Bridge. 1856 by Wainwright and Heard. Coursed Limestone block, dressed voussoirs. Broad semi-circular arch raising 4
metres from Cowl Street, string course at base of each parapet. Parapets surmounted by segmental copings, finished at
each end by square pillars with pagodal finials. Buttressed walls of rubble supporting elevated road approaches, 30
metres West, and 20 metres East.
