House. Reputedly dated 1699, C20 alterations. Doulting rubble, double Roman tile roof, brick stack to right.
Rectangular, one of pair with Yew Tree Cottage (qv). 2-storeys and attic, 2-bays; 3-light bead eoulded stone mullioned
windows to ground floor, 3-light casements in similar surrounds to first floor. Central door opening, bead moulded
stone surround, C20 glazed door. Single attic light in right return.
