House. C15, remodelled C17, some C20 alterations. Random rubble, flush dressed quoins to left, double-Roman tile roof.
Cross passage house. One storey and attic, 2:1 bays; to left 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, those to ground
floor and to left of attic with labels, single leaded light remaining on first floor; openings to attic in pent- roofed
semi dormers, formerly fully gabled. Right bay contains 2-light ovolo-moulded wooden-mullioned window to first floor,
C20 casement of 2 lights to ground floor. Broad door opening to left, double-ovolo-moulded wooden surround, broad
studded plank door with latch mechanism, iron strap hinges; further secondary door opening adjacent to casement to
right, C20 studded plank door. Decorative lamp on wrought iron bracket to centre of facade. C15 and C17 features
remain inside particularly in the framing of the roof. (V.A.G Report, unpublished SRO, June 1980).
