House. Mid C19. Painted rubble, double-Roman tile roof, 2 rendered end stacks. Virtually symmetrical facade, 2
storeys, 2 bays, 4-light sash windows in painted brick surrounds. Central door opening in a similar surround,
6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed. Listed for group value with number 18 Bath Road; this property perfectly
compliments the scale of 18 (qv) which is a late C15 building.
