Cottage. C17. Roughly coursed rubble Doulting stone with some ashlar quoins. Stone slate, coped gabled roof with
coped gable with finial off verge and ashlar stone chimney stacks to projecting chimney breast and return gable.
3-storeys. 'L'-plan, scattered fenstration. 4-centred ogee moulded stone door frame with 8-panel door. To left of
door; a 12-pane sash window. First floor; 4-light ogee moulded stone mullion window with 3 pane C19 casements and
stopped dripmould. Second floor; two 2-light ogee moulded stone mullion windows with 3-pane C19 casements and stopped
dripmould. Blind oval window in verge gable. South east elevation a semi-circular headed recess with 3-light stone
mullioned window with 8-pane sashes and stopped dripmould to first floor. (VAG Report, Unpublished SRO, March
