House. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, double-Roman tile roof, end brick stacks. Symmetrical frontage. 2 storeys, 3 bays 12-pane sash windows in plain stone surrounds. Central door opening in a similar surround, C20 door;
moulded slab stone hood on cut stone brackets. Single storey pent roofed outshut to left, double-Roman tile roof, door opening with a plank door. Included for group value with numbers 1, 3 and 5 (qv).
