Farmhouse. C18. Coursed and squared rubble plinth, Flemish-bond brick work, brick dentil band at first floor level,
coped verges, slate roof, end brick stacks. Symmetrical front, 2 storeys, 3 bays, 3 and 4-light casements, each light
with a single horizontal glazing bar, on first floor with brick voussoirs and stone cills; stone cills to ground floor
windows, brick relieving arches over, under the arches incised plasterwork in a symmetrical floral pattern. Central
door opening, C19 6-panelled door, top panels glazed, restored half- glazed porch, zinc tent-canopy hood. Wing to right
return of coursed and squared rubble, stack with exposed breast, offsets, capped with brick. (VAG report, unpublished
