Circa 1730 - 40. Town House. Brick, moulded stone plinth, chamfered stone quoins.
Slate roof, stone coped gables brick end chimney stacks. Two steeply gabled dormers
with casement windows. Modillion eaves cornice. Two-storeys plus attics. Four
window front, sashes with exposed frames and glazing bars. Brick voussoirs and
keystones. Square-headed door opening with Gibbs type surround of rusticated stone
architraves, voussoirs, keystone and cornice.
