Detached farmhouse, probably former gamekeeper's cottage. Circa 1800. Brick, rendered and colourwashed; triple-roll
clay tiled roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney sticks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Pointed arched windows having
2-light timber casement windows with iron-framed opening lights; central panelled door with open limber and tiled
porch. Outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
