Cottage. C17 origins. Rendered and colourwashed with Ham stone dressings: plain clay tile roof between coped gables;
modern brick end chimney stacks. 2-storeys with attics, 2-bays. 4-light hollow chamfered mullioned windows with leaded
light; continuous string to ground floor, no labels to first floor windows; between windows plain entrance doorway with
modern square head; in roof 3 flat roofed dormer windows with C20 casements. In North gable a small 2-light window at
cellar level, also one at attic level, both chamfer mullioned without labels. Interior not seen. Attached on East
side are nos. 5 to 9 Coker Hill (qv).
