Cottage. C17 origins. Local stone rubble with Ham stone dressings; Bridgwater patent triple angle clay tiles with
plain boarded verges; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. 2-storeys 3-bays with Western extension of 2-bays
continuous with main building. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows of 3-lights to lower bays -2 and -3, with internal
vertical iron bars and labels over; between these plain boarded entrance door in heavy frame; elsewhere 2- and 3-light
casements with horizontal glazing bars and exposed timber lintels; straight joint between bays-1 and -2. To Western
extension a 3-light unglazed timber window with old ironwork, boarded up internally, and above small opening with
double boarded doors; to right a large opening with later metal grille, boarded internally. Interior not seen.
