Farmhouse. C17. Local stone cut, squared and coursed; Ham stone
dressings; thatched roof between coped gables; brick end and one
intermediate chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 5-bays. Entrance porch projects
from bay 4, with Welsh slate roof and datestone 1981, protecting a C19
door in heavy frame; ovolo mould mullioned windows with labels, of
4-lights to bays 1, 2/3 and 4/5, above of 3-lights, those to bays 4 and
5 sharing same label; some iron casements with old catches and also
internal ferramenta; small stair light; blocked, left of porch; straight
joint between bays 4 and 5. West gable has matching mezzanine 2-light
and gable single light windows, also part glazed doorway with wirework
porch having ogee hood. In East gable a stone plaque reading S/IM/1733,
possibly refers to a re-roofing, and C20 casement under concrete lintol.
Lean-tos to rear.
