House in row, formerly detached. Early Cl9. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between stepped coped
gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. 2 storeys; 4 bays, of which bay 1 is of a separate build and is
recessed slightly. Bay 1 has 12-pane sash window above, and below a plain boarded door in heavy frame set in a
voussoired segmental arched opening; remaining bays have 12-pane sash windows below and 16-pane sashes above, with a
6-panel door to bay 3, of which 4 panels are glazed, protected by an early C20 flat roofed timber porch; at south end
of house is a wing wall with thin ashlar coping and a boarded door. Front boundary railings set on low Keinton stone
base; wrought iron square railings with necked band twisted tongue finials, with urn finials to braced standards;
single matching gate opposite each of the doorways. Interior not seen.
