Detached House. c1770. Local lias stone ashlar, Ham stone dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; stone and
brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays with single-bay extension westwards. Plinth, continuous label over ground
floor windows, cornice moulding to secret gutter; 8-pane sash windows set flush, with timber archatraves; entrance in
added west bay, probably C19, through a gabled porch on south west corner having 6-panelled door. Interior not seen.
VCH suggests that this may represent a converted outbuilding to adjacent Donisthorpe (qv). (VCH, Volume III, 1974).
