House. Earlier C19. Local lias stone ashlar, upper floors colourwashed; Welsh slate roof behind parapet; brick chimney
stacks. Three storeys; 2 bays, of which bay 1, the narrower, projects slightly. Plinth, band course above ground floor,
parts of eaves course, cornice, plain parapet; sash windows in plain openings with flat heads, 12-pane to ground floor;
to first floor a 16-pane sash bay 1, and a 12-pane sash in architrave with apron panel bay 2; 9-pane sash windows
second floor; to left of lower bay 2 a 4-panelled door under margined rectangular fanlight in semi circular arched
recess, then a segmental through-arch with impost blocks, and panelled gates. Interior not seen. Forms good
companion-piece to Pottery Plus (qv) - the old mason's house - next door to west.
