Farmhouse. Dated 1605. Local stone with Bath stone dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone ridges, plain gables; stone
and brick chimney stacks. Originally "L"-plan; 3 storeys, 3 bays to South elevation. Reserved chamfer mullioned windows
with leaded lights, of 3-lights without labels, top mitres unworked; two windows only, between bays, to second floor;
central entrance has boarded door set into Doric surround, with flat pilasters and entablature. To rear more matching
windows, some possibly later, others reused. Interior such altered, but retains two good former external doorways, one
flat headed, one with pointed arch, both moulded. Datestone on rear is of late C20, but records date formerly on one
front window lintel now lost.
