House. Early C19. Local stone cut and squared, ashlar lintels; plain clay tile roofs, simple gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 16-pane sash windows in plain openings set flush with wall, the boxes being exposed; central 6-panel door with top panels glazed, under lead covered flat timber hood on ornamental wood brackets and carried on cast iron tubular posts. Low 2-storey extension to West gable, and outshut to rear. Interior little changed.
Front boundary wall of coursed rubble with plain coping, with sweeps up to gateway; return back to house on West side has clay ridge tile capping.
