Semi-detached cottage. Probably C19. Ham stone rubble, front elevation rendered and colourwashed, with false ashlar
lining, west gable in brick, colourwashed; thatched roof with continuation to east, plain gable to west: brick chimney
stack. Two storeys, 2 bays, irregular fenestration. Casement windows of early pattern, 3-light rectangular-leaded. To
right of bay 2 a C20 boarded door in plain opening with hipped thatched hood on timber posts. C20 lean-to garage
against west gable, not of special interest. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group value with the Old
Farmhouse (qv) attached to east.
