Circa 1840. Built as a Wesleyan Chapel, converted to Town Hall use in 1934. Stuccoed,
with low pitched roof behind parapets. 2 storeys with pilasters the full height,
crude dentilled cornice and acroteria. Entrance has 2 Greek Doric fluted columns
with moulded entablature having guttae but no triglyphs or metopes. 3 round-headed
windows, recessed, with full glazing bars. Side facades of 3 storeys.
