Three houses. Datestone 1848. By E. Blore.Squared coursed lias with ashlar dressinqs and plain tiled roof. Each of two units; together forming an L-plan. Two-storey, three-window range of casements with ashlar surround and cast iron diamond panes. Two entrances between windows at front and one to side all with four-centred heads and ribbed doors.End bay breaking forward with gables; centre window has false dormer.Rebuilt brick stacks at ends.Datestones with Spencer Arms in flanking gables. Part of planned layout of ten houses and accompanying wash house (q,v, Nos.4 to 10 Church Brampton inclusive and wash-house). Interiors not inspected.
