1833. Architect: Edward Haycock (the Elder) of Shrewsbury. Ashlar; 2 storeys,
the lower rusticated; 3 tall windows in moulded architraves. The ground storey,
which was originally open, has semi-circular headed windows and doorway; plain
frieze; massive pediment with exceptionally wide overhang which is continued
at eaves on return sides; clock face within pediment.
