Shown on O.S. map as Surgery Cottage.
Two houses, now divided into flats. Mid-C18 incorporating probably
C17 core. Rendered timber frame and painted brick; plain tile roof.
One storey and attic and 2 storeys and attic. Plinth, plat band, toothed-
brick eaves cornice and 3 small gabled eaves dormers with glazing bar
sashes. Brick ridge stacks to left and right, 4 bays; glazing bar
sashes with gauged brick heads, blind on ground floor to right. Door
in second bay from left with 6 flush panels (top 2 panels glazed), moulded
architrave, radial fanlight, and early C19 cast-iron lattice porch with
tented lead hood. C17 flush-gabled wing to left with small C19 attic
casement and C20 first-floor casement. Left-hand return front with
late C20 casements and lean-to porch. Interior not inspected.
