Farmhouse. Probably C17 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Rendered
timber frame on painted brick plinth; plain tile roof. T-plan; probably
2 framed bays with later additions at rear. 2 storeys and gable-lit
attic. Brick stack behind ridge off-centre to right. 2-window front;
C19 and C20 three-light wooden casements. Central mid-C19 six-panelled
door (lower 2 panels flush, upper glazed) with rectangular overlight,
moulded architrave, frieze and cornice. 2-storey C19 wing at rear with
external brick end stack. Interior not inspected but chamfered beam
noted in right-hand ground-floor room.
