Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick with hipped plain tile
roof. 3 storeys over basement. Plinth ( to south), dentil brick
eaves cornice and central 3-bay open triangular-pedimented gable with
grey sandstone dressings at feet and dentil brick verge. 3 brick ridge
stacks, 2 to front and one to rear. 1:3:1 bays; 2-light wooden casements
with gauged-brick heads and probably late C19 chamfered-brick cills.
Right-hand ground-floor window and some second-floor windows are
painted imitation (much of facade obscured by climbing plants at time of survey-
July 1986). Central boarded door with overlight or fanlight. Right-
hand return front of 3-bays, 3-:2-:3-light wooden casements (many painted
imitations). One storey lean-to at rear. Interior not inspected.
