Farmhouse. Late C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber
framed with painted brick infill and gable ends; machine tile roof.
Baffle-entry plan of 3 or possibly 4 framed bays. One storey and attic.
Framing: rectangular panels, 3 from cill to wall-plate with later horizontal
members. Mid-C19 fenestration, multi-paned casement$ with bracketed
gabled hoods (c.f. Corner House), 2 to left and one to right of gabled
brick porch with boarded door and semi-circular fanlight; 3 gabled
eaves dormers have casements similar to those on ground floor. Reddish
brown brick ridge stack immediately to right of porch and integral
brick end stack to left. Interior: not inspected but likely to be
of interest.
