House. Early C18 altered early C19. Rendered with plain tiled roof.
Two storeys with plat band, roof hipped to left and central stack. Two
wooden casements on first floor, and 2 segmental headed tripartite sashes
on ground floor. Door of 4 raised and fielded panels with flat hood to
centre right. Catslide outshot to rear. With No.36 adjacent, this was
once the Good Intent Inn.
