Circa 1830. 3 storeys 3 windows. Stuccoed. The building is flanked by
purely decorative pilasters with capitals about one foot below the
entablature. Cornice and parapet. Windows in moulded architrave surrounds,
now blocked up, those on ground and 1st floors having cornices over, the
ground floor ones being tripartite windows, To the south is an extra
recessed window bay of 2 storeys only. 2 doorways with pilasters,
pediments and rectangular fanlights.
