House, now cottage. Circa C14 with later alterations and C20 addition.
Timber framed with rendered infil, painted uncoursed rubble, painted
brick, and graded stone slate roof. Remains of one framed bay, probably
of former open hall house. One storey and garret. Framing: close
studding with middle rail; arch-braced cruck truss in eastern gable end.
Large painted uncoursed rubble and rendered end stack to east. 2-light
C19 ground floor casement to north, two C19 attic casements and ground
floor C20 French casements to west. Entrance in mid to late C20 addition
to south-east. Interior: large fireplace with lintel and adjoining
