House, now house and shop. C17 with late C18 addition to front. Timber
framed with square panels and straight braces, red brick addition; old
tile roof, hipped at front with gable roof over wing at rear. L-plan
with one framed bay wing at rear. 3 storeys with 2 storey wing. First
floor cill band, moulded wooden eaves cornice, and ridge stack off-centre
to right. 3 bays on second floor; glazing bar sashes with gauged heads.
First floor canted bay to left with raised central arched sash, dentil
cornice, and lead roof; ground floor C20 small-paned shop window to left;
6 raised and fielded - panelled door to right with plain architrave, radial
fanlight, and flat hood with cut brackets, dentil cornice, and panelled
soffit. Queen post trusses with v-struts in wing to rear. Interiors
late C18 rectangular well staircase rising both floors with open string,
square balusters, ramped moulded handrail, and turned newels.
