House, formerly shop and dwelling. Mid C18, with probably late C18 addition to
right. C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone; stone slate roof; stone stacks.
2-storey, 3-window main range with 2-storey, 2-window addition to right. C20
glazed door to centre of main range with open-pediment. Stone hood on shaped
stone brackets, having painted inscription under hood which reads "William
Clark, Dealer in Tea, Coffee, Tobacco and Snuff". 2-light stone mullion windows
to ground and first floors to left and right of main range. Single-light window
to first floor centre of main range. C20 door to left of addition at right.
Irregular fenestration of C20 casements with wood lintels. Interior: C20
alteration.
