Two houses. Early C19 refronting and remodelling of late C17/early C18 house.
Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; brick end and rear lateral
stacks. 2-unit plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Flat stone arches over C20 doors
to right and left of centre; timber lintel over central door. Flat stone arch
over C20 window to right, and C20 windows in widened opening to left; other
windows have timber lintels over horned 6-pane sashes. To rear right is early
C18 two-storey wing with gabled stone slate roof. Interior of No.21:
stop-chamfered beams. No.23 not inspected.
