Barn and stable. C18, possibly partly earlier. Limestone rubble with squared
marlstone dressings; corrugated-asbestos roof. Single range of 4-bay barn plus
2-bay stable. Barn has full-height doors to left of centre and slits in other
bays; opposed rear door, facing yard, is lower. 2-storey stable to right has a
stone stair on the gable wall leading to a loft door; yard front has a doorway
between 2 small windows, all with segmental arches, and has one small window
over the door. Interior: barn has late C18/early C19 king-post trusses with
struts; walls may be C17. Included for group value.
