Barn. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ventilation holes; gabled stone
slate roof. 8-bay plan with 2 threshing floors. Two gabled porches with C20
double doors and timber lintels over C20 side doors. Interior: collar-truss roof
with butt purlins, divided into 3 and 5 bays by stone wall. Later C18 stables
with granary to left; of similar materials and under same roof; of 2 storeys
with timber lintels over C20 door and windows, and loft opening; stone steps to
loft door. An unusually large agricultural building for this area.
