Mid and Late C18. Cement rendered and painted, stone quoins. Front in 2 portions
- the left hand portion is lower and has a central modern french door, 2 16-paned
sash windows on ground floor and 3 above; the right hand portion has 2 24-paned
sashes on ground floor and 2 16-paned sashes above. A lower rear wing has 30-paned
sashes. All 2 storeys. Free-standing house at northern end of the Bridge.

Nos 5 to 19 (odd) Nos 21 to 27 (odd) and Derwent Bridge House form a group with
Derwent Bridge.
