Cottage range (now 2 dwellings) and attached outbuildings.
Late C17 or early C18 with later additions and alterations.
Coursed limestone rubble with thatched and pantile roofs,
coped gables, brick ridge stack and left end stack of brick on
a stone base. One storey and attic. Ground floor has, from
left to right, a blocked doorway, a 3-light and 2 2-light
casement windows, a C20 door and another 3-light casement.
Wooden lintels. 4 2-light and a later single-light eyebrow
dormers. Right gable end has sundial and 2-light casement
windows to ground and first floors. Wing to rear has panelled
door with overlight in moulded wooden surround with hood.
Canted bay window to right and 2 2-light casement windows to
first floor. Additional lower wing to rear. Later wing to
left, of limestone rubble and brick with pantile roof, has C19
and C20 doors and casement windows, and 2 flat-roofed 2-light
dormers. Thatched limestone-built L-plan implement shed
beyond, derelict. Interior: hall has inglenook fireplace, a
2-panel and a plain board door, and a panelled wall-cupboard,
possibly C18. -- --- -
