Former house, now offices and flats.(Under renovation at the time of
re-survey ). C18 3 storeys, plus semi-basement. 5 bays. Central door
with moulded surround with consoles supporting architrave with swag and
small flat hood. 6 steps up. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars
and rubbed brick flat arches. Stringcourse between grounds and first-floors
and dentil eaves cornice. Plaque to John Sell Cotman (1782-1842) lived
in this house.
