alterations and rear additions. Flint and brick ground floor and timber-
frame first floor both rendered. Thatch roof. 2 storeys, jettied at
first floor. Single bay. C20 ground floor facade. Central 5-light frieze
window at first floor. Dormer gable with 3-light casement window.
