Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Early and mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with
corrugated sheet roofs. Originally 2-unit plan, probably lobby entry. Single
storey with attic and 2 storeys. 2-window range of C19 and C20 casements, some
with glazing bars, under wood lintels. Attic window to right is remains of
eyebrow dormer. Central C20 door under wood lintel has blocked door opening to
right. C20 door under concrete lintel to far right. 2 eaves levels and ashlar
stacks at ridge and end. Interior of No.13 has remains of open fireplace with
bressumer and spine beams. Original roof structure said to remain. Originally
known as Home Farm.
