House, now a pair of cottages. Late C16/early C17. Rendered timber.
Belgian tile roof. 4-cell lobby entrance type plan, much altered. Facade
of I½ storeys. Irregular C20 fenestration. 2 C20 doors. 2 C20 attic
dormers. Central axial stack. 2 gable end stacks. Glazed porch to rear.
Interior. Timber-frame of heavy scantling visible in first floor romms
of Church Farmhouse. Butt-purlin roof; curved wind braces. Timber-frame
intact in Colly Cott. 4-light window (originally unglazed) with chamfered
mullions in rear wall. Butt-purlin roof; curved wind braces.
