Lobby-Entrance type farmhouse with extensive later additions. C17 with
C18 and C19 additions. Possibly timber framed with one masonry gable-end.
Encased in brick except for gable-ends: timber framed to north and flint
with brick dressings to south. Additions in brick. Pantiled roofs. 2
storeys with attic. C18 2-and 3-light windows with metal casements and
original fittings to east. C18 side wings with similar windows beneath
skewback arches. 3 3-light C19 mullion and transom windows on ground floor
of south facade. 2-leaf front door and gabled porch with decorative barge
board. Various later extensions to rear. 2 interesting moulded brick
heads, probably C16, set into south gable-end.
