Farmhouse, c.1600. Tyrolean rendered over timber frame; colourwashed. East
gable apex weatherboarded. Steeply pitched roof of black glazed pantiles.
Two storeys and attic, lobby entrance plan. South facade of three windows,
widely spaced: ground floor C20 3-light casements with glazing bars; first
floor 4-light C19 casements. Entrance off-centre to east with later gabled
porch with shallow pitched roof; 4 panel door with rectangular fanlight.
Axial chimney stack with four rebuilt shafts, octagonal with concave faces,
moulded brick tops and bases all on square brick base with stone panel.
Large external red brick stack at west gable with weathered offsets; top
rebuilt. Small slated lean-to's flanking chimney base. First floor and
attic casements in gable. Red brick lean-to with catslide roof on north
side: two entrance doors, one with C20 glazed porch, two C20 casements.
Brick dentil eaves.
