House, now 2 properties. Late C17. Flint, brick and carstone with thatched
roofs. L plan. Broomholm faces road. 2 storey facade plastered and white-
washed. 6 brick buttresses at ground floor separating one C18 3-light
casement and 3 C20 casements. 3 C20 casements to first floor. Gabled roof
with parapeted gabled walls on brick kneelers. Ridge stack left of centre.
To east a single storey gabled extension below thatched roof pierced with
one C20 casement. Internal east gable stack. Long cross wing to rear forms
Garden Cottage. One storey and dormer attic. 3 doorways and 4 windows of
erratic disposition. 3 eyebrow dormers above eaves line with casements.
All details C20. Gabled roof with internal gable stack to north and ridge
stack left of centre. One chamfered ceiling beam survives in Broomholm.
