House. On O.S. map as Erpingham Lodge Farm. Dated 1680. Flint, brick, some
painted; black glazed pantile roof. Rectangular on plan. Front of 4 bays,
2 storeys painted. First bay flint with brick diaper work, rest brick. Flint
plinth. Door to third bay with flat hood on brackets. C20 leaded casements,
those to ground floor under segmental arches. Brick dentil eaves cornice.
Kneelered gables. 3 attic dormers. Internal gable end stacks and one off-
centre axial stack. Left hand gable of flint with brick diaperwork, brick
reveals and hood moulds to 6 openings; those to ground floor with C20
glazing; 2 to first floor blocked, one with oak frame; 2 to attic storey
blocked both with oak frame. Date 1680 in brick to gable. Eaves sub-
sequently raised. Interior. Jewel stops to cross beam in ground floor room.
