South facing house, c.1700, brick and flint pantiles. One bay, double depth,
2 storeys and attic, C19 2-storeyed wing to east. South facade: Flemish
bond brick with coloured headers, shaped gable, moulded platbands at first
floor, eaves level and above attic window; ground floor double casement with
margin lights under skew back arch with stone keystone, blocked window to
left; sash to first floor, rebuilt blocked openings to left and right, tall
attic window. West return of coursed flint, moulded brick cap to plinth,
varied fenestration including cross window to ground floor, raking roof dormer.
Large stack to right return, lower 2 storey C19 service wing to east in brick
and flint. Interior: bar stopped hollow chamfered principal beams to north
room, sash with glazing bars to east. Open string dogleg staircase with wavy
splat balusters and ramped handrail. Attached warehouse to north of no
architectural interest.
