House. Rear range dated HD 1724; late C18/early C19 front range; remodelled and
right wing added c.1900. Squared and coursed limestone with ashlar dressings;
gabled stone slate roof: brick left end and internal stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Relieving arches and timber
lintels over c.1900 half-glazed door and tripartite sashes; stone lintels over
early C19 eight-pane first-floor sashes; 3 gabled roof dormers. Right wing built
c.1900, of similar materials with sashes set in ovolo-moulded and mullioned
stone frames; right side wall has brick stack set on open pediment. Early C18
rear range of similar materials with segmental brick arches; c.1900 outshut has
porch and Art Nouveau plasterwork. Interior: c.1900 stairs, dado and fireplaces.
Early C18 collar-truss roof to rear.
