Formerly Happy Dick Public House. C17 origin, remodelled. Two storeys
and attics. Timber framed on rubble base. Upper storey rough rendered.
Ground floor rendered, rendered plinth. One gabled dormer, double hung
sash window. Two windows, one in overhanging gable to right, three light
metal casement under moulded wood lintel. To left, wood band with cornice
between storeys. Two three-light casement windows on ground floor. Gabled
overhang to right supported on carved pilasters and brackets. Doorway -
Ionic pilasters, carved in Jacobean style, flat wood hood on brackets.
Plain door.
Rubble to side. Brick addition to rear.
