Farmhouse, now house. Early C18. Brick plinth; grey brick with red brick
dressings; old plain-tile hipped roof; brick ridge stack to left return. 2
storeys and attic; 4-window range at right-angles to street, 6-panel part-glazed
door to right of centre with flat hood an brackets. Segmental-headed wood
cross-windows to ground and first floor right, with segmental brick heads.
Segmental-headed 12-pane unhorned sash to ground floor left with segmental brick
head. Segmental-headed blind panels to remainder of regular fenestration. Flat
brick band between ground and first floors. Shaped brick cornice to eaves. C20
gabled full dormer to centre with 2-light casement. Left return to street:
2-storey, 4-window range. Segmental-headed 12-pane un-horned sashes with
segmental brick heads to ground floor left and right of centre. Flat brick band
between ground and first floors. Segmental-heads to first floor left and right
of centre. Segmental-headed blind panels to remainder of regular fenestration.
Right return: basket arch-headed wood cross-window with leaded lights, between
ground and first floors to right. Basket-arched blind panel to left. Interior
not inspected.
