Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 and C18. Coursed rubble with squared quoins
and some ashlar dressings; plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plan
with cross-passage. 2 storeys. 4-window front: 2 left bays earlier with
altered openings under renewed lintels, and blocked doors; C18 part set back
with C20 door and 3-light casement to right with 2-and 3-light casements over,
all under flat ashlar arches. Hipped gable to left, gable-stack to right, and
central ridge-stack. Interior: Intersecting chamfered and stopped beams and
large open fireplace. Earlier roof has 2 heavy queen-post trusses. Formerly
the Exeter College farm.
