Barn, stables and cartshed. C18. Limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and some
weatherboarded timber framing; plain-tile roof. Single range. Stables and
cartshed: one storey plus loft. Front has, to left, 3-bay barn with central
porch with weatherboarded gable; at centre, stables with 2 stable doors and a
flight of stone steps leading to a plank door and adjacent 2--light casement; to
right, a cartshed with weatherboarded front to loft. Roof is half hipped to
right, Rear of barn has opposed full-height doors. Interior: Barn has C19
queen-post trusses on earlier tie beams Included for group value.
