Farmhouse. Late C18 and 1838 on datestone. Limestone rubble with ashlar quoins
and some brick dressings; Welsh slate roof and brick stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys. 3-window front has 6-panel door to right of centre between large
sashes (4 panes wide by 5 high) at ground and first floors, all with stone flat
arches. Bay to left is probably C18 and has 12-pane sashes with brick dressings
at lower levels. C19 trelliswork porch now partly cased in rubble. Datestone
above door. Hipped roof of very shallow pitch. 16-pane sashes to left return
wall and rear. Rear of C19 bays is of 3 storeys with wide 24-pane sashes at
first floor. Single-storey rubble and brick rear wing has a 3-light Gothick
casement. Interior: Late C18/early C19 stair with turned balusters.
